At Baum Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment and instruments. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the electronic components in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.
Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
